The protocol describes the staged implementation and validation architecture for canonical BioMIR knowledge, deterministic semantic queries, bounded tool interfaces, App Intents/Siri, Foundation Models, conversational interaction, provenance, failure testing, and release gates.

BioMIR retains scientific authority in deterministic, version-controlled analytical engines. AI is limited to retrieval, explanation, interaction, and orchestration through controlled interfaces.

Each request is reviewed before controlled distribution. If approved, BioMIR Research will send the current controlled document separately to the address provided.
