Revised 30 September 2026: Functional (FUN) terminology, frozen-baseline and successor-version controls, and explicit provenance and freshness criteria. The 22 December 2026 completion target is retained.

A 9 October 2026 modeled-persistence amendment is prepared as an unapproved controlled draft. It is not included in the currently distributed v1.3 PDF; controlled issuance awaits review.

The protocol is a working scientific plan for staged characterization and external validation of Adaptive BioAge, its component domains, and the supporting longitudinal computational architecture.

Each request is fulfilled with an expiring download link. BioMIR retains the requester email address, request identifier, protocol version, and transmission record so document distribution can be traced when the scientific specification changes.

By requesting the protocol, you are asking BioMIR to send the document to the email address above and to retain the request metadata needed to maintain a version-distribution record.
